When trying to update a Prediction model profile, I get a message "Invalid file name." How can I update my profile?

CAUSE: This is most likely caused because Windows is configured to associated ISI equation files with another program. This causes a conflict within Windows.

VERSION AFFECTED: ALL

SOLUTION: Please follow the instructions below to clear the Windows File type association.

1) Open Windows file Explore by right-clicking on START-> Explore.
2) Select Tools -> Folder options from the top menu.
3) Click to select the File types tab. Scroll down the list of extensions and look for an association with the file type you are trying to import (for example .eqa). Highlight that association and press Delete.
4) Press Apply and OK to save the changes. Close Explore and try to import the file again.
NOTE: if you are importing an .eqa or .ann file that has the .pca and .lib files also, make sure that these file extensions are not causing the problem if the message is still displayed when updating the predection model.
