When I try to open ISIscan, I get a message, "The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time.
CAUSE: The ISIscan database is corrupt. This is normally caused by using the task manager or shutting of the computer power during a database writing activity such as auto-archive or sample analysis.
VERSION AFFECTED: ALL
SOLUTION: The database is irreversibly corrupted. A back-up database must be restored. Please follow the instructions in the link below.
