I get an error message when I try to save a report profile.
CAUSE: There is a nother application on the computer that is associated with the .rpt file extension.
VERSION AFFECTED: ALL
SOLUTION: Go to Start > Explore > Tools > Folder Options > File Types. Look for an association with .rpt extension. Note the details of the association including the program associated with .rpt files, then delete it. Try to save the report profiles again.
