WinISI 4 or ISIscan work properly on a laptop in a docking station, but the USB key is not recognized when the computer is removed from the docking station.
CAUSE: USB Rainbow drivers do not properly recognize the new USB hub when the laptop is not using the USB hub in the docking station.
VERSION AFFECTED: all
SOLUTION: Remove the laptop from the docking station and do the following steps:
1. Remove the lap top from the docking station
2. Use add/remove programs to uninstall the Rainbow sentinel drivers.
3. Reboot the computer (shut down and power up)
4. Reinstall Winisi 4 / ISIscan and the Sentinel drivers will reinstall during the setup.
